Compliance renewal

At the end of the 2-year compliance period, ABC will offer the organisation holding a compliant tool the opportunity to renew its compliance with the Bilan Carbone® method. Acceptance of this renewal by the candidate tool's owners must take place within 12 months, and it will consist of verifying the consistency of the changes implemented in the tool since the date of validation of compliance with the Bilan Carbone® method.

The candidate tool will be required to undergo a partial audit process: the audit will focus on compliance with the support of the carbon approach, the commitment to significant action, and only the technical modifications made during the 2-year period. On the other hand, and as mentioned above, if methodological developments to the Bilan Carbone® method occur during this 2-year interval, the candidate tool will be required to comply with them in order to renew its compliance with the Bilan Carbone® method.
